I ordered 4 pizzas from this location an they arrived cold and not to my standard. I called and the people who answer the phones are rude as hell!! Thy hung up on me. I called back to speak with the store manager and she said I ain't getting any type of discount and I could send the order back if I didn't like it. Wth?? Why are u yelling and cussing at me? She said her name was yolanda. Never again will I use this pizza hut

The managment at the jake Alexander Blvd store is horrible. The main managers are Valerie and Amanda. I used to go there sometimes during the week to get lunch for my my co-workers and myself, but after the managers (Valerie and Amanda) constantly being rude to me and the other customers in the store, seeing Valerie with all the holes on her face on and lips,which is just outright DISGUSTING, cussing at employees, and just being very rude to others, in general, hearing Amanda talking like a gangster every time Im in there, saying things that made me feel very uncomfortable in the store, talking about her intimate relationships with one of her employees, cussing on the phone to customers about knowing what they want before they call to place an order, AND ESPECIALLY after seeing Amandas girlfriend in the store in plain dirty clothes making pizzas. I will never go to this Pizza Hut again. Customers can plainly her the night shift people talking about getting high in the back of the store. I have contacted the B.B.B. and have told the people I know all about it. My rating for this store is very POOR.
